Terms and Conditions for Sanlive Pharmacy

Sanlive Pharmacy and Stores Limited is a  limited liability company. Our business is based in Nigeria with registered head office at No. 29, Doyin Omololu Street, Alapere, Ketu. We are licensed by the Pharmacists’ Council of Nigeria to engage in the sales and distribution of all types of pharmaceutical products. By using our web platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

 

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment:

You agree to pay for all products and services ordered through the Platform at the prices in effect when charges are incurred. We may accept or refuse any order without giving a reason. Our confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order. However, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. There is no contract between you and us until we send you an invoice. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged.

 

We will usually take your payment before we dispatch the goods. If your payment is rejected or returned for any reason, you must immediately make the payment by another method. All offers on this site only apply while stocks last.

 

6.2 Billing Information:

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your access to the Platform.

Dispatch/Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability in wholly or partly for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Return of Goods

If the Customer requests to return the Goods and the Goods are not defective, the Company shall be under no obligation to accept the return unless the reason for the return is an error on the Company’s part. All sales from this website are final sales. You cannot return the items successfully delivered to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Severability

Any unauthorized use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited. All brand names, product names, service names, titles and copyrights used on this site belong to their respective holders. We do not grant you permission to use them.

13. Indemnity

The website user agrees to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms of Use and User Agreement.
