How to Use:

1. Preparation:

   • Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.

2. Applying the Cuff:

   • Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring it is 2-3 cm above your elbow.
   • The cuff should be snug but not too tight.

3. Starting the Measurement:

   • Press the start button.
   • The cuff will inflate automatically, and the measurement will begin.

4. Reading the Results:

   • The monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with your pulse rate.
   • The cuff will deflate automatically after the measurement is complete.
